1.  How do I track my drop off or pre-labeled UPS return package?

You must call 1-800-742-5877 and talk with UPS service.  No The UPS Store can track your drop off package.  Only packages which The UPS Store actually made the label for can be tracked by the store.  Then, only the store which prepared your label can track your package.

2. I wasn’t home for delivery.  How do I reschedule the delivery to my home or office?

The UPS driver should have left a sticker on your door with a phone number to call.  If not, then please call 1-800-742-5877.  The UPS Stores are not part of the UPS delivery system and cannot schedule missed deliveries.

3. Can your The UPS Store accept deliveries for me if I’m not home?

Yes.  Since we are not part of UPS, we charge a service fee.  The minimum fee is $5.00 and varies with the size of the package.  To have a package sent to our store you should have the company shipping the package to you put our store address on the label, and include the words “Hold for Customer Pickup” in the attention line.

4. How do I re-route a package coming to me?

You must contact the shipper and have them call UPS and change

5.  How do I schedule a pick up on my UPS account?

You must call 1-800-742-5877 and talk to UPS service.  The UPS Store cannot schedule pick ups on your personal or business account.

6.  How do I schedule a pick up for my pre-labeled return package from Amazon, Zappos, or other online stores?

You must call 1-800-742-5877 and talk to UPS service.  The UPS Store cannot schedule pick ups on labels prepared by online vendors.

7.  I have a problem with the UPS online software.

Call UPS directly at 1-800-742-5877.  The UPS Stores are privately owned franchise stores and do not use the online software.  We cannot answer your questions about online software since we do not even use the software.
